To allow for complete cleaning guests must not
arrive before 4pm and must leave the house by 10.00 on the morning of
departure.
Prices include:
Cleaning on departure.
Services - electricity, tap water, water heating, air conditioning and central heating.
All bedding including duvets and sheetsand one bath towel per
person.
Residents discount for sports facilities.
Prices do not include:
Provision of pool towels.
Outside telephone calls.
Internal calls within La Manga are free and there is a good signal
for mobile phones.
Available at extra cost:
Mid stay clean - 45 Euros
Mid stay clean with change of all linen - 200 Euros.
Sports Facilities
We recommend that you pre-book the golf and tennis facilities before
arrival. Further details can be provided by us on request. The
apartment carries full sports rights providing significant discount
on standard sports costs.
