When availability has been confirmed by phone or email, a booking deposit of £250 and a signed booking form will secure the booking. Please note that we will only hold a verbal/email confirmation for three postal days. If a deposit cheque has not been received within this time the property will be re-declared as available. The deposit will be held until the end of your stay and will form the breakage deposit. This will be returned as soon as possible and after the safe return of the key less any deductions.
The apartment is available weekly from 4pm Saturday and for short breaks/weekends depending on dates.

To allow for complete cleaning, guests must not arrive before 4pm and must leave the house by 10.00 on the morning of departure.
Prices include:
Cleaning on departure. Services - electricity, tap water, water heating, air conditioning and central heating.
All bedding including duvets and sheetsand one bath towel per person. Residents discount for sports facilities.
Prices do not include:
Provision of pool towels.
Outside telephone calls.
Internal calls within La Manga are free and there is a good signal for mobile phones.
Available at extra cost:
Mid stay clean - 45 Euros
Mid stay clean with change of all linen - 200 Euros.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the £250 booking deposit will be retained while we endeavour to re-let.
