To book, first establish availability by email:

When availability has been confirmed by
phone or email, a booking deposit of £250 and a signed booking
form will secure the booking. Please note that we will only hold a
verbal/email confirmation for three postal days. If a deposit cheque has not
been received within this time the property will be re-declared as available.
The deposit will be held until the end of your stay and will form the
breakage deposit. This will be returned as soon as possible and after
the safe return of the key less any deductions.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the £250 booking deposit will be retained while
we endeavour to re-let. If this is achieved, we will return the deposit less any
costs in re-letting.
