| When availability has been confirmed, a deposit of £250 and a signed booking form
will secure your booking. Please note that we can only hold a verbal or email
confirmation for three postal days. If a deposit cheque has not been received within
this time the property will become available to other parties.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the booking deposit will be retained whilst we endeavour
to re-let. If this is achieved, we will return the deposit less any re-letting costs.
Orlando can be booked by the week during busy school holiday periods or for a mid
week or weekend break at all other times.
Weekly from 4pm Friday to 10am Friday
Weekends from 4pm Friday to 10am Monday
Midweek from 4pm Monday to 10am Friday

Mid season: School Holidays
Peak season: July & August, Christmas, Easter or Whitsun
To allow for complete cleaning, please do not arrive before 4pm and leave the house
by 10 am on the morning of departure.
Prices include:
Cleaning, electricity, gas, hot water, central heating, duvets and pillows.
Not included:
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases). Towels (bath, hand or tea towels)
Telephone calls (itemised and deducted from the deposit). Firewood and coal.
